Drove up to dealership got a good feeling from start. Greeting from staff was perfect Met Julio and he was a perfect gentleman.. Got me keys to the sport trac no hesitation Truck turned over sounded great.. Julio jumped in with me told drive it like you own it .. Great Experience
I purchased a 2018 Mini Cooper S Countryman. I waited to own the car for a few weeks before giving a review. I sent in an offer on the car through their website. After texting back and forth we settled on a great price and set up a test drive with Julio. Drove the car and loved it. Julio was outstanding. Worked with us to get the deal done. 2010 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson
Purchased today a Harley Davidson Ford F150 I've wanted for years. Made the drive from Atlantic City and couldn't be happier. The buying process was smooth, Killiam was very helpful and professional, and financing was fast and easy with a great rate. Buying experience
Talk about a great experience! Started off working with Omar who is great to deal with and got the ball rolling. From there Dean got involved, talk about a great person who is hard-working in the customers behalf and also is a man of his word. Purchased my car on Thursday evening was planning on picking up the following Tuesday until I change my mind and asked if I could do it Saturday. Dean said I’ll make it happen and when he said that he meant it and he made it happen and wasn’t easy for him. He had to figure out how to get my trade shipped to New Jersey the same day. I own a large business and take sales very serious as you want to take care of the customer and I tell you what I’ve couldn’t have done anything better myself. Top-notch buying experience all around and will be a returned customer without a doubt. The end of the day I got the car my dreams, a great buying experience and a friend/business I can trust with more purchases in the future.

Life Savers
After a long Drive from Rochester to the Bronx to basically get Scammed by a car dealership. I had a plan B because of the distance I was driving and when I called East Coast Auto Group at 4pm, Eric was very helpful and told me they close 8pm come on down. Julio called and told me he’s my sale guy and he wants to get going right away to save me time. I got there @7pm. Eric, Dean and Julio got to work staying until 9:30pm to make sure the deal got done. Very pleased with the customer service team. If your in the tri state area and looking for the vehicle of your dreams, definitely stop down to East Coast Auto Group and ask for Julio

Life savers
After driving to the Bronx from Rochester to get an Audi Q8 just for them to tell me the car isn’t on the lot it’s at the shop. I wasn’t extremely pissed but my plan B was to go to East Coast Auto Group and the service was top notch. I got there about 7pm after all the bs in the Bronx. Julio, Eric and Dean stayed with me until 9:30pm when they close at 8pm to get the deal done. I would recommend this place. They love to help us get the cars of our dreams. Dealer experience
Zaniya was my sells person, she knew the car I wanted and everything was basically ready to go when I got to the dealer. However the same way we get lights off in the hood then go through inspection at the dmv the dealer did that to me. I’m blessed to be able to do everything I want including fix what the dealer didn’t put care into. Ironically I’ll be back to pick up a G wagon whenever they got one and I’m only working with Zaniya. I just know to bring my mechanic and haggle selling price. Also they ran my credit report twice and they only need to do it once.

My car was totaled Sunday night. I called East Coast Auto Group spoke with Zaniya told her all about it and told her witch car i was extremely interested in. She took all my info down and returned my call with the great news of being approved. I drove 2HRS coming from Reading Pa scared i was going to waist my time. The moment i walked in i was greeted and handled right away, there was no catch, exactly what she told me was exactly what i got. Working with Zaniya was one of the best sales people i have ever worked with. She made me feel very comfortable answered all my questions and handled everything so perfectly, i strongly suggest anybody looking for a car really needs to go to East Coast Auto Group and ask for Zaniya you will not regret it, shes amazing!

Julio was very knowledgeable about the car. He told me they have one of one cars at the lot. He said the CL was special….. I’m like whatever(in my head), but the confidence he had when we was talking let me know. HE WAS SERIOUS. I go to purchase the car and get to the lot and see the cars. Julio was not lying….. I recently purchased a 2002 C32 AMG from East Coast Auto Group, I worked with Julio Jimenez and I cannot say enough good things about him and the whole experience. The car is amazing, I bought long distance and put my trust in Julio, I was not disappointed. The car is great, they noticed there was a fault in the trunk opening and were open and honest with me about. They were going to repair it and then ship me the car, but due to me being unable to reschedule shipping, we were able to agree to have them send me the part so I could simply do the repair myself. Most dealers never do this, they will claim they did not know there was a flaw and then you are on your own... Not at East Coast Auto Group, they were open, honest and up front about it. They care about selling a quality vehicle and taking care of their clients. I really appreciate this, if you find your dream car at East Coast Auto Group then buy it knowing you will be getting a quality product, and ask for Julio, he is a great guy to work with and extremely professional.

I was expecting much less personal service but from beginning to end thats all I recieved. Ahmed, my salesman, went above and beyond. He took all the time necessary to ensure my comfort by answering all my quedtions fully. He also was not pushy, even giving his opinions on what he believed suited me in a car and what did not. I was not treated like a dollar amount. I was treated like a person who had a transportation need and I was given everything they had to help me. Ahmed was great, Management was great and thier selection inventory of cars were clean, relaiable, nice and well priced in this market. I would recommend East Coast to anyone looking to buy thier next car.

Problematic customer service
I came in between 6:30 and 7:00 with the ability to purchase my car cash. One young man said he had to leave and tried to assign me to someone else and no one wanted to help me ( both were on there desk at front of the floor one was on the phone talking saying he did not want to deal with any custormer now and the Spanish guy walked out and seemed almost hostile to helping me. It might have been because I was not dressed up would hate to think it was because i was older with grey in my hair and was black but they need to treat everyone who walks into the door as a customer capable of of purchase I do not have alot of time and if I had found the car I found on internet probably would have paid it in total- management needs to train them better alot of immediate and future money walked out of the door along with residual effect of this bad review- their hustle not where it needs to be. Only giving two stars because of the one young man who at least attempted to speak to me. It is possible to make money on Saturday night at closing- I have made hundreds of thousands of dollars doing so. Never judge book by its cover- do better!!!!!!!!

My Review
Don't trust these people. After running my credit and getting approved for a vehicle (which lowers your credit score automatically) the salesman AND the finance officer (MJ) were off the next day. After asking for a bill of sale to be faxed ALL contact ceased. The last thing I heard from the salesman was "Im going to get this vehicle detailed for you." Then BAM! Next thing I know, vehicle off the site. Needless to say, another vehicle I had been watching from another dealer was sold. By the way, the five stars are definitely NOT a reflection of the rating score from me. I previously submitted a one, however it seems that it did not get posted ! Don't trust them!

Great customer service, very efficient, and timely. The financier worked to get me a better financing deal up to the final closing.The gentleman preparing my final paperwork was very candid and knowledgable. Also the salesman (Hatem) was very personable,showed great patience, and great knowledge of the car I was purchasing.

I bought a 2007 Jaguar XK on 11/7/2017. I purchased the car "as is" They were having trouble getting the TPMS warning on the instrument cluster off and was told by Angelo one brake light was not working. Paul was the sales person I was working with. I picked the car up late afternoon that Friday and left in NJ and NY rush hour traffic to drive it home to my home in CT on a temp NJ plate. Well after a half hour or so I was signaled by another motorist I had no brake lights! I could see the dealer was probably working on the lights due to both access panels in the rear were apart. I NEVER would have driven out of there with no brake lights. Once I knew I was driving without brake lights I was able to flash the rear fog lights which glow bright red manually with the dash switch to emulate a brake light so I or someone else didn't get killed. Angelo put me and other peoples lives in danger letting a car off the lot like that! Oh maybe the bulb blew coincidently? Not! The bulb sockets were rotted and not making any contact. It took a soldering iron and 2 universal sockets and an hours time to get the brake lights working. 7.00 total cost...What does that say about there service department? Not Much. Well I got the car home after a nerve wracking ride through rush hour in NJ and through NYC and CT with my imitation brake light routine. I called a week later after I cooled down a bit and spoke with Angelo again and he stated he said to me the car had no brake lights which is total BS...Who in there right mind would drive a car in those traffic conditions with no brake lights? I should have checked to make sure the one brake light was working as stated. I trusted the dealer. Well anyways they charge 500 dollar for processing, title fees, temp reg etc. which I paid. To add insult to injury they do not give you the title with the car. After they do all of there processing you will get the title which was supposed to be a couple of weeks. That was OK because I have a 30 day temp tag. Fast forward to circa 2019 still no title! Cant drive or register car. After many calls and false promises I finally get the title 57 days later! What a joke. Then I have to pay 15.00 for it to be delivered via FedEx. Who cares at this point. I just want my title! In closing Paul my go to salesman was very good through the whole transaction very professional and courteous. And he was stuck with the many phone calls concerning getting the title. If Angelo is a manager Paul should get his job. I hope the owner of the dealership sees this scathing review and does something about it! I should get my 500$ BS processing fee back for all I was put through!!!

I wanted to let everyone know what an awesome experience I had purchasing a vehicle from East Coast Jersey City. I spoke with Paul several times on the phone and decided to catch a plane from North Carolina to Jersey to hopefully purchase a 2007 Hummer H2. Paul picked me up at the airport in the Hummer. It was easy to tell it was him because I had examined the pictures on there web site for days. After arriving back at the dealership, everyone welcomed me and had hot coffee waiting. My kind of welcome. After inspecting the Hummer (which looked better in person then in the pictures), I decided it was the car for. The paperwork went fast and they even handled getting my out of state tags for me. Paul was very professional and helpful. My new Hummer rode and looked perfect on the way home.Thank you to everyone for an amazing car buying experience. Make sure you ask for Paul. He will take good care of you.Kathy Farley

I found a 2009 Pontiac g8 for sale at east coast auto the car was clean and nice looking. but had some minor issues with this car. they seen I was serious buyer. so Reggie (sales manager) and his the crew there fixed what problems the car had and made it rite. I'm one very happy and satisfied customer. I recommend anyone to go see the people there....

The service was amazing Paul was very knowledgeable of all of the cars. After we checked the car out we talked to finance and we talked with Antonio and he made sure we left happy and confident in what pur payments were and helped us with all of the insurance and registration. The next very nice day we took the car over for service and detail the service was extermly good and have not had any problems wit the car. The detailing was very clean and made the car sparkle! WE really apprecit all the attention to detail and all the hospitality that was giving to us. Great Buying Experience
All the people there treated us like family. It was literally the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! Our new pre loved car is a dream to drive. Jason and Antonio we’re really fantastic to work with. When we called and Jason was busy with a customer, Joe helped us out and physically went out to the lot to make sure the vehicle we had our sights on was still available! Thank you everyone.
